This project involved the conversion of this one-bedroom first-floor flat in Bowes Park, north London. The client wanted more space so by reconfiguring the existing floorplan we were able to transform the property into a two-bedroom flat, which not only gave the client the extra living space they needed but added significant value to their property.

The existing kitchen was converted into the second bedroom and the living room was extended into an open-plan living space incorporating the brand new kitchen. The property was also refurbished throughout.

The project took four weeks.
