This project was the redevelopment of this three-bedroom terraced house in north London. The house had been empty for years and fallen into complete disrepair. The roof had collapsed and all the walls and ceilings were damaged and structurally unsound. Everything was stripped out and rebuilt from the roof down, resulting in a beautiful, modern family home which was sold within a month of going on the market.

The project took 10 weeks.
